Used to work once upon a time

I had the free version & updated it the Pro. Worked for about a year and a half but now no longer syncs to Facebook. I checked both my Facebook & phone setting. Still setup to interface with each other. I see other 1 & 2 star reviews reporting the same issue & arent getting any response or feedback from the developers to solve this. That lack of detail to get back to your customers, especially the ones that paid, is as disappointing as the app not working.
